Cryptography – “Encryption and Decryption”

Cryptography is the “easy” method of network security. It uses several algorithms to encrypt the code; and to decrypt the code.

Encryption is the process done in the sender side. Encryption algorithms are used to encrypt the data and they are sent via a transfer protocol. The data’s are sometimes sent as a packets and in that time the carrier is also encrypted along with the data.

Decryption is the process done in the receiver side. Decryption algorithms are used to decrypt the data which are sent by the sender through protocols. The data’s are decrypted with the same key’s that are used while encrypting. The key used for the encrypting and decrypting process are kept confidential among the sender and the receiver.
